INITIAL PHONE CALL
We will schedule an initial 60-minute assessment session in my office. This allows me to get a better understanding of your situation and your needs, and allows you to learn more about my approach and to get a sense of how you might benefit from our work together.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled for 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions is determined based on the nature of your concerns and proposed treatment.
The initial 60 minute session is $215 and subsequent 50 minute sessions are $180. Payment is due at the time of service, by cash or check.
MEDICARE & PRIVATE INSURANCE
I am a Medicare provider, and with your permission will be able to bill Medicare directly for services provided. If you are covered by another insurance company, please contact me to find out if I am an in-network provider.
